The Real Estate Department has specialist expertise in the licensed and leisure industry. Our clients include leading chains of retail licensed premises, high street retailers, developers and builders.
The department liaises closely with the Commercial Litigation Department particularly in litigation concerned with the management of lease portfolio renewals (i.e. creation; termination; some assignments; disputes arising in the course of a lease).
The department also works closely with Corporate on property aspects of corporate matters. Ford & Warren is also a member of AMLR (Association of Multiple Licensed Retailers).
