Commercial Property
The Commercial Property Department has specialist expertise in all aspects of commercial property. Our clients include leading chains of retail licensed premises, high street retailers, landlords, the public sector, the industrial sector, developers and builders.
The department liaises closely with the Commercial Litigation Department particularly in litigation concerned with the management of lease portfolios (e.g. lease renewals; terminations; disputes arising in the course of a lease).
The department also works closely with the Corporate Department on property aspects of corporate matters.
Ford & Warren is also a member of the Association of Multiple Licensed Retailers (AMLR).

- planning and environmental issues;
- development/building contracts, appointments, warranties etc.;
