The Team:
John Flint - Partner
John is a law graduate of Leeds University, and qualified in 1996. He was made a partner in 2000.
John is one of the firm's service delivery partners. John's background is in commercial litigation managing the service delivery to several major commercial clients. His cases include representing the successful defendant in the Court of Appeal test case of Ketley v Gilbert [2001] which turned on the interpretation of Consumer Credit legislation.
As well as heading the Finance Litigation team, John is also the partner
responsible for trainee recruitment and training.

Jonathan Mills
Jonathan is a law graduate from the University of Leeds and qualified in 2005. He joined the firm in October 2007.
Jonathan is a three year qualified
Commercial Litigation Solicitor with extensive experience dealing with finance
agreements and vehicle and dealership disputes

Victoria Guymer - Senior Finance Litigation Clerk
Vicky joined Ford and Warren in 1998 as a secretary in the litigation department. She has worked as a litigation clerk for the last 6 years and now specialises in vehicle finance recovery.
Kimberley Chilton - Finance Litigation Clerk
Kimberley joined Ford & Warren in 2007. She is a clerk within the Finance Litigation Department. Her background is in commercial litigation and has worked closely with the vehicle finance industry for a number of years

Corinne joined F&W in February 2008 as a secretary in the Claims Department and joined the Commercial Litigation team in July 2008. Corinne is secretary to John Flint.
