John specialises in liquor and gaming licensing and advising on and defending prosecutions relating to licensed premises. John acts for a number of major national pub companies and brewers on all aspects relating to licensing matters, regularly appearing before licensing committees and appeal courts. John also regularly appears as an advocate before Scottish Licensing Boards.
