Peter McWilliams

At work

Peter is a senior partner and member of Board of Management. He is also head of the non-contentious business law section.

His responsibilities include overall supervision of corporate and commercial department; the whole of the property group including commercial real estate, residential real estate and property litigation and licensing.

He supervises an overall team of some 40 lawyers. Peter combines his litigation transactions and supervising high-value property and corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposal of property-related companies and due diligence work.

He has particular experience in acting in the licenses and leisure industry, acting for the largest pub company in the UK. Peter is responsible for the management and administration for in excess of 5,000 licensed premises.
